Dar Issaf Nasahshibi For Culture,Arts & Literature

Re-opened on October 5, 2012, the Issaf Nashashibi Center for Culture, Arts and Literature conducts various performances, exhibits and activities, such as musical concerts, drama, poetry evenings, arts exhibitions, film screenings .... etc. The center  also includes a public library, which contains a wide variety of old and rare books in different fields of knowledge, and a rare collection of 250 old manuscripts.

 

Dar Issaf Nashashibi for Arts & Culture is owned by Dar At-Tifl Al-Arabi Organization in Jerusalem, a non-profit, charitable institution that was originally established to care for orphans. Today it runs a girls school and a museum in addition to Dar Isaaf.
